Mehry Akbary is an associate professor of Climatology in Kharazmi University. She has focused on atmospheric extremes as impacts of climate change. She also has published several scientific articles with a focus on the impacts of global warming on atmpspheric pressure patterns and environmental hazards including dust storms, droughts, floods and etc.
