Educational and academic considerations:
1. Student tuition is charged in Iranian Rials after approval.
2. In case of cancellation after initial registration, the amounts deposited into the Kharazmi University’s special income account are not refundable and cannot be refunded to the applicant under any circumstances. The amount deposited is considered part of the student’s academic expenses.
3. After the applicant’s acceptance at Kharazmi University is announced, obtaining a tracking code is necessary for authorization to study at the university. To obtain a tracking code, visit the Student Affairs Organization website at https://esrv.saorg.ir and the system related to foreign students.
4. Foreign students studying at all academic levels at the university must pay the total amount of their current semester’s fees in full if they cancel/drop out/transfer, or change their field of study.
5. Students who use the university scholarship quota approved by the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees, as well as the scholarships of the Student Organization, if their undergraduate studies last more than 8 semesters, their master's studies last more than 4 semesters, and their doctoral studies last more than 8 semesters, must pay their tuition according to the entrance tuition of the same course and year of entry, according to the entrance tuition of non-scholarship students who pay the open admission fee.
6. If the length of the study period (for non-scholarship students) increases beyond the duration of the official courses (5 years for undergraduate, 3 years for master's, 6 years for doctoral), the tuition fee for each semester will be 20% more than the approved tuition fee for the year of entry.
7. To accelerate learning and educational productivity, all foreign students in postgraduate studies, after registering and entering the university, are required to undergo an initial interview and then, if necessary, take a test and determine their level, and participate in Persian language courses through the university's AZFA Center.
8. Note: In case of an extension of the student scholarship period, the International Students Directorate of the Student Affairs Organization will not charge the student tuition for one semester.
9. After the announcement of admission to Kharazmi University, in case of cancellation/dropout/transfer or change, the student must proceed to definitive departure from Iran after paying the full tuition fee. Admission to a new university requires archiving the tracking code and definitive departure.
