Brief CV
I have studied in the best universities in Iran and in the field of planning. Planning has two main branches: planning with and for people (social planning) and planning for places (spatial-physical planning); These two types of planning are complementary. Throughout my research and teaching career at top universities in Iran, I have tried to excel in both areas of planning with a strategic and scenario-based approach. And to carry out various projects at the national, regional, and local spatial levels (city and village), taking into account the specific socio-cultural conditions of each planning place, to experience operation. The basis of any kind of spatial planning is a strong analysis and decision support system, so my other specialties are spatial analysis (AutoCAD- GIS) and statistical analysis (SPSS-LISREL). 
Previously, I was a senior expert in the field of urban planning of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of Iran in Qazvin province and the director of the urban planning services offices of Tehran Municipality.
I administer practical research methods and urban and regional workshops at the Faculty of Geographical Sciences, and I am responsible for familiarizing students with the field of practice and fieldwork. 
My recent research has focused on sustainable development, climate change and its adaptation, crises and environmental-human hazards, and resilience.
